Shipping fees?

Shipping within Australia is FREE

International shipping fees will be calculated depending on destination and item weight 


What method of shipping

We use Australia Post with Tracking and insurance for all our Domestic and international shipping.

Tracking order?

We will supply you with a tracking number so that you are able to keep an eye on your order.

Can someone sign for my package?

As we use Australia Post Registered post we will need the specified recipient to be there when the order is delivered.

Is my package insured during shipping?

Yes, your package will be insured through Australia post postal insurance.

What is your returns and refunds policy?

Please refer to our Returns Policies.

How can I be guaranteed authenticity?

Our Authenticators guarantee authenticity, with that in mind if you believe the product you receive to be not authentic, we allow you to visit your local authenticator, please refer to our AUTHENTICITY policy

Do your products come with dust bags and receipts?

Only if it is specified in the listings description.

How do you determine your price?

Our evaluators take everything into account when evaluating, from condition, to age and current market value.

Do you negotiate regarding your prices?

A lot of factors determine the valuation of each product so prices are non-negotiable.

How can I pay for my purchase?

You can pay for your purchase with Paypal or Credit Card.

Do I need an account to purchase?

No, you can check out as a guest but we recommend you create an account so that you will be able to receive updates on new products and sales.

I forgot my password?

Please go to the “I forgot my password” page to start the process of getting a new password.

Are your photos of the actual product?

All our Photos of each individual product is of the actual product we are selling, as these are 2nd hand items we need our customers to be able to make a decision on the actual product they will be purchasing.

Do you allow pick-ups?

Unfortunately, there are no pick-ups.

Do you have a physical store?

To keep our prices as low as possible we only have an online store.

What condition are the items in?

The condition of the item will be stated in the detailed description and also given a category description of either Gently used, Slightly Used, Pristine Condition.
